Return Policy
When purchasing or subscribing to our inflatable cold plunge tubs, it's important to keep the original packaging, as it must be used for any returns. If you decide to return or cancel your subscription, please ensure the tub is cleaned and the original packaging is used for the return shipment. A restocking fee will apply if the tub is returned unclean. Additionally, if the tub is returned with punctures or damage beyond normal wear and tear, a damage fee will be assessed. This ensures that we can continue to offer high-quality products and maintain our standards of cleanliness and functionality for all customers.
