How does the water stay clean?
Filtration plus ozone, which kills bacteria. Most owners change the water every 3–6 months, depending on use.
Is an inflatable tub tough enough?
The Lay Tub is built with 8 cm drop-stitch walls, the same build as a rigid paddleboard. It's not a pool toy.
What if the chiller breaks?
It's covered by a 1-year warranty, and you call our team in BC directly. No overseas ticket queue.
Can it go outside in winter?
Yes, it heats as well as cools. Our honest advice: below freezing, bring the chiller inside, because if the power goes out the water in it can freeze.
Will my partner use it?
It heats up to 42°C, so it doubles as a hot tub. A cold plunge in the morning, a warm soak at night.
Do I need an electrician?
No. The chiller plugs into a regular 110 V outlet.

How fast does it ship?

Will I fit?
