At ARC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your cold plunge tub or chiller, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, undamaged and fully functional, with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How To Issue a Return
To return your ARC cold plunge tub or chiller, contact our 24/7 customer care team to initiate the process and provide your order number and reason for return. Ensure the item is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging, securely pack it, and use the return shipping label or follow the provided instructions to send it back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process your refund accordingly.
