Where we ship

• Canada: free shipping. Delivery takes 3–5 days.
• United States: free shipping. Delivery takes 4–7 days. Any duties are paid by the customer.
• International: we ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email.

• United States: 4–7 days
• International: 2–4 weeks, depending on location and customs

The tub and the chiller ship as separate boxes, each with its own tracking number.

Duties and customs (US and international)

• Customs duties, taxes and import fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
• These charges are paid by the customer. ARC Tubs is not liable for any duties.
• Customs clearance can cause delays that are outside our control.

Check your address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct when you order. ARC isn't responsible for:

• Delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address
• Packages returned to us because they weren't claimed (reshipping fees may apply)

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

1. Email us at arc@arctubs.com.
2. Include your order number and any tracking details.
3. We'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
