At ARC, we’re committed to delivering your cold plunge products quickly and reliably. We offer free shipping within Canada and the United States, and we also ship worldwide.

Shipping Regions

  • Canada – Free shipping

  • United States – Free shipping

  • International – Shipping available worldwide

    • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Canada & USA

  • Inflatable Cold Plunge Tubs: 1–2 weeks

  • Chiller Units: 1–3 weeks

International

  • All Products: 2–4 weeks (varies by location and customs processing)

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping Notes

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs clearance may cause delays outside of our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of order. ARC is not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Return-to-sender packages due to unclaimed deliveries (reshipping fees may apply)

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is damaged or missing in transit:

  2. Include your order number and any relevant tracking information

  3. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue
