We want you to love your ARC gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To keep every customer’s experience premium, returned items must be:
Unused and in new condition
In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items showing signs of use, wear, installation, or missing parts/packaging aren’t eligible for return. For issues covered by warranty (manufacturing defects), see our Warranty page.
Email arc@arctubs.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
We’ll reply with simple instructions and an authorization number.
Ship the item back using a trackable service. (Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.
If you received a defective item or something arrived damaged, contact us right away—we’ll make it right under our warranty.
