We want you to love your ARC gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To keep every customer’s experience premium, returned items must be:

  • Unused and in new condition

  • In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items showing signs of use, wear, installation, or missing parts/packaging aren’t eligible for return. For issues covered by warranty (manufacturing defects), see our Warranty page.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email arc@arctubs.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

  2. We’ll reply with simple instructions and an authorization number.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. (Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.

Exchanges

If you received a defective item or something arrived damaged, contact us right away—we’ll make it right under our warranty.
