10. MOBILE / SMS MESSAGING TERMS

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from ARC Tubs, you agree to the following terms:

• Program Description: ARC Tubs sends text messages to leads and customers who have opted in through our website forms or checkout process. Messages may include product consultations, order/shipping notifications, customer support updates, and promotional offers.

• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message. Upon sending "STOP", we will send you an SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
