Warranty Policy

1. What’s Covered (1-Year Warranty)

Your ARC product is covered for 1 year from the date of delivery, including:

✅ Inflatable Tubs

  • Defective seams or welds

  • Faulty inflation or drainage valves

  • Water or air leakage due to manufacturing errors

✅ Chillers

  • Internal component failures (e.g., compressor, fans, circuitry)

  • Manufacturing defects in fittings or housing

  • Faulty temperature regulation due to factory defects


2. What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear from regular use

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling

    • For tubs: punctures, freezing water damage, UV/sun damage, over-inflation

    • For chillers: damage from exposure to rain, poor ventilation, water leaks from tubing or fittings not provided by ARC

  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs

  • Damage caused by power surges or unstable electrical setups

  • Neglect or improper storage, especially in extreme heat or freezing temperatures


3. Warranty Claim Process

To file a claim:

  1. Contact us at 📧 arc@arctubs.com

  2. Provide:

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or videos showing the problem

  3. We will respond within 5 business days and, if the issue is covered, we will:

    • Provide replacement parts

    • Replace the product (full or partial)

    • Or offer alternative resolutions at our discretion


4. Responsibility & Limitations

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Warranty does not cover loss of use, discomfort, or personal injury.

  • ARC’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

In some cases, we may request that the defective product be returned for inspection. Return shipping may be required, and we’ll advise case-by-case.
